What should I do if my analog film is full?
Great, your film is full – now what? Here's a simple guide on how to safely rewind it and send it off for development. Let's get started!
1. Rewinding the film: The most important step
If the film advance lever is stuck, it's time to rewind. You'll usually find a small button on the bottom of the camera (most often on the left). Press it and turn the rewind lever (usually on the top left of the camera) clockwise. Do you feel resistance followed by easier turning? Perfect, the film is rewound!
2. Remove film: Be careful in the light.
Now you can open the camera and carefully remove the film. It's best to do this in a darker room without direct sunlight to prevent light leaks that could ruin your photos.
3. Pack and send
Place the film back in its canister tube, if present, and put it in our envelope along with the order form. Affix the return label, seal everything securely, and drop it in the nearest mailbox – we'll take care of the rest!
4. Look forward to your digital pictures
After a few days, you'll receive an email with your download link. Now you can enjoy your analog masterpieces digitally – have fun discovering them!
