FAQ
How long will it take until I get my pictures?
You will usually receive the images within 3 working days after your film arrives at our lab.
In what resolution do I receive the images?
We scan the images for you in high resolution 3500px.
This makes the images versatile.
Which film fits in my camera?
Most analog cameras accept 35mm film. There are also 120mm film cameras, but these are significantly more expensive and are usually only used by professionals. So if you're unsure, a quick Google search for your camera model will help.
Why does the film have to be developed first?
When photographing, the images are chemically stored on the film but remain invisible. The development process makes them visible. Without development, the images could not be viewed or digitized.
Can I get my negatives back?
We currently do not offer returns of negatives.
Why is your offering so small?
We're currently in our initial phase and trying to understand your needs and desires. After that, we'll gradually expand our offerings and services. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter so you don't miss any news!
What are the advantages over the competition?
- No hidden costs
- Fast development
- Convenient process via mail delivery
- Return envelope & postage are included in the price
Why do your films cost so much?
Unlike other providers, we include developing and scanning your film . You simply return the film to us free of charge, saving you valuable time.
Do you also offer black and white development?
We exclusively offer film development using the C41 process. This process is designed for color negative films, but we also offer black-and-white films suitable for the C41 process.
You can look for clues on the film packaging or film cartridge. Films suitable for the C41 process are often labeled "C41" or "Process C41."
