Detailed instructions for film shipping

1 – Open envelope

Quickly check if everything is included:

• Film roll(s) or disposable camera(s)

• order form

• Flyer with information

• Return shipping label

2 – Keep the envelope

Put everything (except the film/camera) back into the envelope and store it in a safe place. You will use this to send us your completed film later.

3 – Taking photographs

Let's get started – have fun taking pictures! You can find tips & tricks in our blog .

4 – Roll up the film

When the film is full: roll it up completely before opening the camera – otherwise the photos will be lost.

👉 Some cameras do this automatically (you'll hear it after the last picture).
👉 If not, you will have to rewind manually (instructions here).

5 – Pack the film and order form

Place the full film together with the order form in the envelope – this way we can clearly assign your order.

6 – Affix the return shipping label

Simply stick the new label over the old one (covering it completely!). Then seal the envelope with the adhesive strip.

7 – Off to the post office

Drop the envelope into the nearest mailbox.
Within 3 business days of your images arriving at the lab, you will receive them digitally in your online gallery. If you have ordered prints, we will send them to you by mail on the same day.
