Step 1
Open envelope
Open the envelope and quickly check that everything is inside:
- Film roll(s) or disposable camera(s)
- Order form
- Flyer with information
- Return shipping label
Step 2
Keep the envelope
Put everything (except the film/camera) back in the envelope and store it in a safe place. This will allow you to return your full film/camera to us later.

Now let's get started – have fun snapping! You can find tips and tricks in our blog.
Step 4
Roll up the film
If the film is full, roll it up completely before opening the camera – otherwise the photos will be lost.
👉 Some cameras do this automatically (you can hear this after the last picture)
👉 If not, you have to rewind manually.
Step 5
Pack film + order form
Place the complete film in the envelope along with the order form – this will allow us to clearly identify your order.
Step 6
Stick on label
Simply stick the new label over the old one (covering it completely!). Then seal the envelope with the adhesive strip.
Step 7
Off to the post office
Now simply drop the envelope into the nearest mailbox.
Within three business days of arrival at the lab, you'll receive your digital images in your online gallery. If you ordered prints, we'll mail them to you the same day.
